This blog came out of from my experiences. I was in the United States Army for 20 years and moved quite a lot; nine times to six different states and two different countries to be exact. When I decided to retire I knew that real estate was what I wanted to do. I wanted to continue to help others, but in a different way than I did in the Army. Through the years of moves and experiences I learned some valuable tools and I hope to be able to share them here.
